February 7, 2017 – Beasley Technology, Inc. is slated to host two educational sessions during the 2017 Oklahoma Schools Advisory Council (OSAC) Tech Summit located at Indian Capitol Technology Center on March 3, 2017. This event offers valuable workshops, training/mentoring, and programming for school technology directors, administrators, and IT personnel.
The first session that Beasley Technology is hosting is titled Can You Hear Me Now? How to Overcome the Annual Reduction of E-Rate Funding for Telecommunications Services. This session will be a brief explanation of phone spending and how it is going to cost our schools millions of dollars as USAC is continuing their 20% reduction of E-Rate funding for these services each year. It will also encompass a strategic plan to help put schools in a position to get new gear and save on their overall spend just by using their internet connections more efficiently.
The second session, Beyond Secure: Realize the Potential of Your Physical Security Technology, will be a broad overview of what other things you can do with your cameras and access control technology.
